Is this right to friend some celeb from Twitter or that's a bad idea?

This is Bland, fun, and sophisticated talent Tasha.

Have you ever wondered what if you were friends with a celeb and then your friends feel like you've replaced with someone that makes you popular? This guy in a red shirt says he has befriended Gigi Haldid? What could he have done better or what should try instead. Give this man an advice, because from now until Summer 2018 I'm taking a break from advice block. So ask yourself is it okay to friend a celeb or not?
